Ingredients

1 cup self-rising flour

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Optional toppings:

Sesame seeds

Everything bagel seasoning

Poppy seeds

Cinnamon sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, rolling each into a ball. Poke a hole through the center of each ball and stretch it into a bagel shape.
