Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare the Pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting. Lightly grease the parchment paper.
- Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the prepared pan to form an even crust.
- Layer the Ingredients: Evenly sprinkle shredded coconut over the crust. Follow with layers of semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
- Add the Condensed Milk: Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the layers, ensuring full coverage.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Cool and Slice: Allow to cool completely in the pan. Use the parchment overhang to lift the bars out and slice into desired portions.
Notes
Substitute ingredients like dried cherries for cranberries or dark chocolate chips for semi-sweet if desired.
