Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 cup guacamole
1 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
Tortilla chips (for serving)
Instructions
- Spread refried beans evenly across the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish or serving platter.
- Layer guacamole on top, ensuring full coverage.
- Mix sour cream with taco seasoning in a small bowl; spread it evenly over the guacamole.
- Spread salsa across the sour cream layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa.
- Add sliced black olives, followed by diced tomatoes.
- Finish with finely chopped green onions on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
