Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

4 tablespoons butter, melted

3 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  4. Lightly brush or toss the tenders with half of the honey butter garlic mixture.
  5. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
  7. Remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and toss them immediately with the remaining honey butter garlic sauce.

You can make the honey butter garlic sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
