Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Add salmon cubes to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Notes

For extra caramelization, brush a little honey on the salmon bites before the last 2 minutes of cooking.
