Ingredients

4 medium-sized russet potatoes

12 tablespoons olive oil

Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Wash and scrub the potatoes. Pat dry and pierce each several times with a fork.
  2. Season the Potatoes:
    • Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Heat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook:
    • Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
