Ingredients
4 medium-sized russet potatoes
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, chives, shredded cheese, bacon bits
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash and scrub the potatoes. Pat dry and pierce each several times with a fork.
- Season the Potatoes:
- Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Heat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Cook:
- Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check Doneness:
