2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.
- In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
