Ingredients
2 medium zucchini
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Trim the zucchini ends and cut them into ½-inch sticks.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with Panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each zucchini stick in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
