4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 tablespoon butter

For Garnish (Optional):

Powdered sugar

Maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    • Toss the apple slices with ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg until well coated.
  2. Assemble the Quesadillas:
    • Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on one side of each tortilla.

    • Top with the remaining tortillas, cream cheese side down.
