Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon butter
For Garnish (Optional):
Powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Toss the apple slices with ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg until well coated.
- Assemble the Quesadillas:
- Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on one side of each tortilla.
