Ingredients
1 can of buttermilk biscuits
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Icing:
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pan or skillet.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Dip each biscuit in the melted butter and cover all sides with the sugar mixture. Arrange the biscuits in the prepared pan.
- Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces and mix in the vanilla extract. Arrange the apple filling over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle any remaining sugar mixture over the top and drizzle with the remaining melted butter.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
