Ingredients
4 large eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk (or heavy cream)

1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
1/4 cup chopped spinach (optional)
2 tbsp chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or individual ramekins.
