A creamy, cheesy baked garlic bread dip that’s perfect for gatherings, potlucks, or cozy nights in. Made with garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan, this indulgent dip pairs wonderfully with crusty bread, crackers, or veggies. Ready in just 35 minutes!
Ingredients
1 baguette or sourdough bread, sliced
1 ½ cups cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp black pepper
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, oregano, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased oven-safe dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- While baking, toast bread slices with olive oil for 8-10 minutes, flipping once.
- Garnish the dip with extra parsley and serve hot with toasted bread, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
To add variety, substitute mozzarella with cheddar or Gruyère.
For a spicy kick, include red pepper flakes.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
