Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup mashed banana (or unsweetened applesauce)

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips or berries (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
