Ingredients

2 split bone-in chicken breasts (skin-on)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure the skin crisps up.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil, coating both sides evenly.
