Ingredients

For the crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

For the topping:

2 ripe bananas, sliced

½ cup caramel sauce

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the springform pan’s base. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
