Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Cream Cheese Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

2 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the base of the prepared baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
