Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup pickles, sliced
1/4 cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 2 minutes, or until softened.
- Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned (about 7-8 minutes).
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- While the beef cools, warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Spread Big Mac sauce in the center of each tortilla. Layer with shredded lettuce, the beef mixture, shredded cheddar cheese, pickles, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
To add spice, try adding jalapeños or hot sauce.
For a vegetarian version, skip the meat and use black beans or grilled vegetables.
