Description

Big Mac Wraps are a delicious and convenient twist on the classic Big Mac burger. Featuring savory beef, melted cheese, pickles, and creamy Big Mac sauce, all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla. This quick and easy recipe can be made in under 30 minutes, making it perfect for busy nights or a fun spin on a fast food favorite.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 2 minutes, or until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned (about 7-8 minutes).
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. While the beef cools, warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  5. Spread Big Mac sauce in the center of each tortilla. Layer with shredded lettuce, the beef mixture, shredded cheddar cheese, pickles, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a wrap.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.

To add spice, try adding jalapeños or hot sauce.

For a vegetarian version, skip the meat and use black beans or grilled vegetables.
