A festive and healthy breakfast, Birthday Cake Overnight Oats combine the flavors of a birthday cake with nutritious ingredients like oats, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds, topped with colorful sprinkles.


Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles

1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey, almond extract (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir the ingredients together until well mixed.
  3. Close the container tightly and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top.
  5. Enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl if preferred.

Notes

Use coconut milk for a richer flavor variation.
