Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey, almond extract (if using), and a pinch of salt.
- Stir the ingredients together until well mixed.
- Close the container tightly and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top.
- Enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl if preferred.
