Ingredients
4 large ripe tomatoes, diced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Tomatoes:
Place diced tomatoes in a colander, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and let sit for 10 minutes to drain excess liquid. - Mix the Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine drained tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well mixed. - Optional Addition:
