Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
Pretzels
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil

- Take a pretzel and spread a generous amount of the peanut butter mixture on one side. Top with another pretzel to create a sandwich.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the dipped pretzel sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.

For a crunchier texture, use crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy.
