Description

Savor the ultimate burger experience with our Burger with Fried Egg and Special Sauce. This indulgent recipe features a juicy beef patty topped with creamy avocado, a perfectly fried egg, and a zesty special sauce, all nestled in a toasted sesame seed bun. Ideal for a hearty meal that blends rich flavors and textures in every bite.

Ingredients

1 lb ground chuck

4 slices cheddar cheese

1 ripe avocado, sliced

4 large eggs

4 sesame seed buns

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons relish

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon mustard

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce:
    • Mix mayo, relish, white vinegar, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate.
  2. Toast the Buns:
    • Spread butter on the cut sides of the buns and toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Beef Patties:
    • Form ground chuck into patties, season with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat, flipping once. Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking.
  4. Fry the Eggs:
    • Heat olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Fry eggs until whites are set but yolks are still runny, or to your preference.
  5. Assemble the Burgers:
    • Spread special sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with avocado slices, a cooked patty with melted cheese, and a fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.
  6. Serve Immediately:
    • Enjoy the burgers right away for the best taste and texture.
