Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Make the Cake Batter:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
    • In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
