1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup caramel sauce

1/4 cup chocolate sauce

1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

Caramel pieces and crumbs

Additional caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla extract.
