Ingredients

1 (14 oz) bag of caramels, unwrapped

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (10 oz) bag large marshmallows

5 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the caramels, butter, and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Place the Rice Krispies cereal in a large bowl.
  3. Using a fork or skewer, dip each marshmallow into the caramel mixture until fully coated.
  4. Roll the coated marshmallow in the Rice Krispies cereal, pressing gently to ensure the cereal sticks.
  5. Place on wax paper and let sit for at least 30 minutes to cool and set before serving.

Notes

Tip: Work quickly when dipping the marshmallows into the caramel to ensure the caramel doesn’t harden.

For extra flavor, drizzle the finished balls with melted chocolate or add sprinkles for a festive touch.
