Water and salt for boiling

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

- Gradually mix in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted. Adjust with reserved pasta water for consistency.
