Ingredients
For the Chicken Souvlaki:
2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
4–5 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Marinade:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated and excess liquid squeezed out
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Warm pita bread
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced red onions

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Grill the Chicken:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked with grill marks.
- Serve:
