Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snap peas

1 carrot, thinly sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

1/4 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Green onions, sliced, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. Stir-fry the chicken until cooked through, then set aside.
  3. Sauté bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot until tender-crisp.
