Ingredients

1 cup water

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vegetable oil, for frying

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and quickly stir in flour until a dough forms.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 375°F (190°C).
