Description

Ingredients

Brownie Base:

1 box of red velvet cake mix

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Swirl:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

10 Oreo cookies, crushed


Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Make Brownie Batter: In a large bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
  3. Cream Cheese Swirl: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Create Swirls: Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the brownie batter. Use a knife or skewer to swirl it in.
  5. Add Topping: Sprinkle crushed Oreos over the top, pressing them in lightly.
