9 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay out one cooked lasagna noodle and spread a generous scoop of the chicken mixture evenly along its length. Roll up the noodle and place it seam side down in a baking dish. Repeat for remaining noodles.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
