Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 pound spaghetti

8 strips of bacon, diced

1 onion, chopped

4 cloves of garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup grated pecorino romano cheese

4 egg yolks

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti as per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, cook bacon until crispy, remove and set aside.
  3. Cook chicken in the same pan, remove, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  5. Whisk heavy cream, cheeses, and egg yolks in a bowl.
  6. Combine chicken, onion, garlic, and cream mixture in the pan.
  7. Add spaghetti and bacon, mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
