Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

12 oz rigatoni pasta

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked rigatoni. Toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
