Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden, then set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add mushrooms, cooking for 5 minutes until tender.
