Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

2 cups cooked white rice (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5–6 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
