Ground beef

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Season with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Partially cook diced potatoes either by boiling or microwaving.
  4. Transfer cooked beef and sautéed vegetables to the crockpot.
  5. Add partially cooked diced potatoes, cheddar cheese soup, shredded provolone cheese, and sour cream to the crockpot.
  6. Stir all ingredients until well combined.
