Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
- Thaw and squeeze the spinach to remove excess moisture.
- Cube the cream cheese.
- Assemble in the Crockpot:
- Combine all ingredients in the crockpot: cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cook the Dip:
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally for even melting.
