Ingredients
1¾ cups all-purpose flour

2 large eggs
⅓ cup sour cream

⅔ cup whole milk
1 cup dulce de leche (divided)
2½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil, and mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with the whole milk, and mix until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners and bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool completely.
- Once cooled, core the cupcakes and fill the center with dulce de leche.
- Prepare the buttercream by beating together butter, powdered sugar, dulce de leche, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
- Frost the cupcakes and serve with an optional drizzle of dulce de leche.
