1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

 - Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
To prevent dense bread, avoid overmixing the batter.
Experiment with add-ins like nuts, chocolate chips, or swirls of the cinnamon mixture for variation.
