Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix vegetable oil, eggs, orange juice, and orange zest until well blended.
