Ingredients

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

14 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter


Instructions

  2. In a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
