14 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with foil, letting the edges overhang for easy removal. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Stir constantly until the chocolate and butter melt and the mixture is smooth and creamy (about 7-8 minutes).
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the fudge until set, preferably overnight.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil overhang. Peel away the foil, transfer to a cutting board, and cut into squares.
