8 ounces egg noodles

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup frozen peas

1/4 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
