Ingredients

3 large eggs, separated

1 teaspoon honey or a pinch of sweetener (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the eggs, placing the whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.
  3. Beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, blended cottage cheese, salt, cornstarch (if using), and honey or sweetener until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture in thirds, being careful to maintain the airy consistency.
