Ingredients
Main Cocoa:
4 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A few drops of blue food coloring

White chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the Milk and Cream:
Combine the milk and heavy cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until steaming, but do not boil. - Melt the White Chocolate:
Lower the heat and add white chocolate chips. Stir until fully melted and smooth. - Sweeten and Flavor:
Add granulated sugar (if desired) and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly. - Add Blue Color:
Remove from heat and stir in blue food coloring, adjusting drops until the desired hue is achieved. - Serve:
