1 cup granulated sugar

Coffee Frosting
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp brewed coffee (adjust for desired consistency)
2 tbsp butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar and melted butter until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and brewed coffee, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
