Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites are succulent sirloin cubes seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect as an appetizer or quick main dish, these tender steak bites are packed with flavor and easy to prepare. Ideal for entertaining or a satisfying weeknight meal.


Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 Tbsp olive oil

4 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak cubes in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter along with the thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the herbs are fragrant and the butter is melted.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat them evenly in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Adjust seasoning and herbs based on personal preference.

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
