Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
  4. Dip chicken breasts in garlic butter, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange coated chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
