Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup tomato, diced
1/4 cup pickles, sliced
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- While the burgers are cooking, place a tortilla on a flat surface. Once the burgers are cooked, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
- Place a cooked cheeseburger in the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the wraps are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and cut the wraps in half to serve.
Notes
For a veggie option, replace the beef patty with a veggie or plant-based patty.
Add crispy bacon for extra flavor and crunch.
