Description

Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps are a delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, wrapped in a soft tortilla and grilled to golden perfection. This portable, crispy meal combines all the savory flavors of a cheeseburger with the ease of a wrap. Whether you’re craving a quick dinner or a fun weekend meal, these wraps are customizable and perfect for anyone on the go. Try adding veggies, bacon, or a spicy kick to make them your own!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

4 slices cheddar cheese

1/2 cup lettuce, shredded

1/2 cup tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

1 tablespoon butter (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  3. While the burgers are cooking, place a tortilla on a flat surface. Once the burgers are cooked, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  4. Place a cooked cheeseburger in the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the wraps are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the skillet and cut the wraps in half to serve.

Notes

For a veggie option, replace the beef patty with a veggie or plant-based patty.

Add crispy bacon for extra flavor and crunch.

Customize with different cheeses like Swiss, American, or pepper jack.

For a spicy version, try adding jalapeño slices or swapping the mustard for spicy mustard or sriracha.
