- Add Aromatics:

- Sauté Mushrooms:
- Add mushrooms, cook until softened (5-7 minutes).
- Create the Roux:
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add Broth and Simmer:
- Gradually stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Incorporate Sour Cream:
- Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
For a lighter version, use ground turkey or plant-based meat.
