2 lbs (900g) carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Honey Garlic Butter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
