Ingredients

2 lbs (900g) carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons honey

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Honey Garlic Butter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat the Carrots: Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss them in the honey garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.

Notes
