Ingredients
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp Land O Lakes Spreadable Butter with Olive Oil and Sea Salt, divided
1 tsp sesame oil
1 medium zucchini, sliced into half moons
½ cup chopped bell pepper
½ white onion, chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
¼ tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce in a bowl for the sauce. Set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss with corn starch.
- Stir fry zucchini, bell pepper, and onion until tender. Remove and set aside.
- Cook chicken in butter and sesame oil until golden. Add garlic and ginger.
- Pour in sauce, bring to a boil until thickened. Add cooked vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot over rice or noodles.
